What is CBD?
CBD is an acronym for Cannabidiol (“Can-a-bid-eye-all”). It is in a naturally occurring class of molecules called cannabinoids. CBD comprises ~40% of the plant and is one of over 100 plus compounds found in cannabis (many of them called phytocannabinoids). Of these compounds, CBD and THC are usually present in the highest concentrations. CBD is a non-psychoactive component of the plant that possesses a wide range of benefits and does not cause a high, unlike THC. Our bodies are made up of an endocannabinoid system and uses cannabinoids to maintain healthy cells and according to researchers, CBD may be the single most important cannabinoid ever discovered. What is the best of use of Tribal Love CBD ?
We can only recommend Tribal Love CBD for internal consumption or as a topical ointment. We believe you will enjoy the flavor of the oils. If you don’t, you can mix it with your favorite item like honey or a juice. However, we take pride in our purity and flavor and expect it won’t be needed. Oils are to be taken sublingually and held under your tongue for 60-90 seconds before being swallowed, this enhances the efficacy and makes it available to your body quickly. The topical can be applied as needed to an affected area – it is absorbed through the skin.
How much CBD should I take sublingually?
It varies by person. Most of our customers start with half a dropper or a full dropper and increase as appropriate. If you’ve never taken CBD you might want to start with the 500mg or 1000mg oil options. The 750mg cream is great for all, it is more localized in its effect.
How do I store my Tribal Love CBD? What is the shelf life?
It is best to keep our CBD stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Exposure to heat or cold can cause the CBD to re-crystallize. We do not recommend refrigerating or leaving it in your car for a long period of time. When stored properly, Tribal-Love CBD has a shelf life of about 9-12 months (actually, the shelf life is longer, but science shows that the CBD potency slowly begins to decrease after 9+ months). There has actually been research done on this topic, and we love it!
How often should I use Tribal Love CBD?
Use our CBD as needed. Some people use it only once a day, while others use it three times a day.
